There are two prices here, and the six-month one ends six months from the day you buy it — not at your sitting. If that date lands before you sit, it is the wrong plan for you, and this page will say so rather than sell you a third.
Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — a couple of clicks in Settings, no questions asked and no retention maze. Cancel monthly Pro and you keep it until the period you've paid for ends, then roll down to Free with all your work intact.
What happens when my 24 hours of Pro run out?
You roll to the Free plan automatically — your diagnostic, a taste of the question bank and an essay marked through free essay marking, with everything you have already written kept. Because the trial needs no card there is nothing to charge: you only ever pay if you actively choose a plan and enter payment details.
Will I get surprise charges?
Never. The 24 hours of Pro take no card, so nothing renews on a card you never entered. Monthly Pro only charges while it's active — cancel before your next cycle and you won't be charged again. The 6-month plan is a single upfront payment: it covers six months and does not auto-renew.
Is the 6-month plan really cheaper?
Yes, and it's the only discount we run. Six months of monthly Pro is 6 × $59 = $354; the 6-month plan is $299, so you save $55. No fake countdowns, no inflated “was” price.
What counts as a “mark”?
One essay run through AI marking = one mark. Pro includes everyday marking under fair use — a daily cap keeps marking available for everyone, and §6A of our terms sets it out. Deep marking — the Supreme Judge — is a separate, stricter AI review: two senior AI Judges mark the essay independently and the Supreme Judge reconciles them, with extended feedback and a model rewrite; you request it from the essay page when you want it.

Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card. All prices are in Australian dollars.
